Example
Due to the position she holds, the dean of your university is allowed to teach two hours less.
Activities
To define a reason for reducing teaching hours, proceed as follows:
- Choose New entries.
The detail view of the table of reasons for reducing teaching hours appears.
- In the Reason field for each reduction/change required, enter an 8-character alphanumeric key.
In the Reduction in teaching hours field, enter a text for the change/reduction in teaching hours.
In the Hours field, enter a default value for the change/reduction in teaching hours.
- Choose Save.
