In this step, you maintain the Federal Employment Identification Number (EIN), Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) number and Company Identification Number for the personnel subareas of your enterprise. Maintenance of this data is required both for EEO-1 and EO Survey reporting, as well as for VETS-100 reporting.

This step also enables you to maintain the respective reporting unit numbers and, if necessary, to specify that Headquarters Reports are to be generated for particular personnel subareas.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. On the following screen, double-click on the first personnel subarea to maintain the appropriate data.
  3. For EEO-1, EO Survey and VETS-100 reporting alike, make entries in the following fields:
    • Employer ID - Federal Employment Identification No.
    • Std.ind.code - Standard Industrial Classification code
    • D&B number - Dun & Bradstreet No.
    • Company ID - Company Identification No., assigned by EEOC
  4. For EEO-1 and EO Survey reporting only, enter the EEO reporting unit number under Reporting unit.
  5. For VETS-100 reporting only, enter the VETS reporting unit number under VETS-100 unit.
  6. For EEO-1, EO Survey and VETS-100 reporting alike, select the Headquarters checkbox if a Headquarters Report is to be generated for this personnel subarea.
  7. Save your entries, and repeat this process for all remaining personnel subareas.
