Use
In this IMG activity, you can upload a file containing the OKSO system that you download from the Internet.
You use the OKSO data to complement an employee's personnel data about education and to provide a link with OKIN data.
The report loads OKSO data into the IMG activity Set Up OKSO Classifier.
Requirements
You have changed the format of the file you download from the Internet so that the SAP system can read the data and map it to the required system fields. The default format is as follows:

G_OKSO_NAME = 17 Report reads OKSO name from position 17 in file
G_OKSO_CODE = 0 Report reads OKSO code from position 0 in file
G_MSKO_CODE = 126 Report reads MSKO code from position 126 in file
G_SCHOOL_CODE = 135 Report reads school code from position 135 in file
G_QC_CODE = 140 Report reads qualification code from position 140 in file
G_QC_NAME = 143 Report reads qualification name from position 140 in file
If required, you can change the position (number of characters from the left) of the codes in the file. If you change the positions, you must enter the new positions for program HRUUT7RUOKSO in the IMG activity Determine Special Parameters.
