Use
In this IMG activity, you enter the different aspects of the working conditions environment in which your employees work and the Organizational Management object to which this type of environment applies. The system uses this data to fill in the form fields that are part of the working conditions (WCST) section.
When you generate form 1-T and other statistics forms that contain data about the working conditions environment, the data acquisition (DAQ) tool uses the data in this IMG activity to assign the correct type of working conditions environment to the employee in question. Since some working conditions and the corresponding environment are specific to different levels in Organizational Management, for each type of working conditions environment, you enter a link to Organizational Management.
Requirements
You have created a separate object in Organizational Management for the working conditions environment (see the IMG activity Maintain Object Types).
To enable the system to apply the working conditions environment to the object in Organizational Management, for example, organizational unit, you have entered a link from each type of working conditions environment to Organizational Management.
Note: You can select only an organizational unit (O), position (S), or job (C).
Within the object type for working conditions environment, you have entered an object ID for each working conditions environment in form 1-T.
You have defined the evaluation path between the object type from Organizational Management and the object type for working conditions environment (see Maintain Evaluation Paths).
