Use

In this IMG activity, you set up feature 331TT to determine which employee subgroup employees belong to.

  • The Personnel Order Management report (HRUAORD0) uses this data when it generates the forms for hiring orders, in other words, T-1 and T-1a.
  • Form T-2 (HRULT2_2004) uses this feature to enter the category to which an employee belongs.
  • Form P-4 (HRULP4) uses this feature to determine which employees the report includes in average calculations
  • The Calculation of Average Number of Employees report (HRULAVR0) uses the feature to determine which category employees belong, for example, employees on the payroll or employees concurrently employed by different employers.
