Use
In this Customizing activity, you set up the Pension Fund: Employee Is Pensioner (33PEN) feature.
The Forms SZV-6-4, SPV-1, and ADV-6-3 (HRULPFP5) report uses the feature to determine which employees are pensioners, and therefore which employees the report must exclude from the seniority calculation and other parts of the output form that cover employees who have not reached the pensionable age.
Furthermore, the payroll driver uses this feature to determine which amounts relate to periods when employees receive a pension and when they do not receive a pension.
