Use

In this IMG activity, you determine the attributes for the valuation models within the calculation process that you set up in the previous IMG activity Set Up Calculation of Employment Period.

The system uses the attributes in this IMG activity, for example, regional, special, and hazardous working conditions, to determine how it calculates an employee's seniority and how the system enters this seniority-related data in the output form, SZV-6-1.

Each set of attributes that you create corresponds to a cell in the seniority table of form SZV-6-1.

Based on the valuation model (in particular, the rules in the valuation models), the system enters values for the following fields:

  • Territorial Conditions
  • Territorial Coefficient
  • Special Working Conditions
  • List Position Code
  • Calculated Seniority Code
  • Additional Conditions for Calculated Seniority
  • Long Service Code
  • Long Service Code - Additional Information

In the second set of the above fields, you can enter your own data, which overwrites the data that the valuation model determines.
