Use
In this IMG activity, you upload text files that contain details about working conditions. You use the data about working conditions to assign the time your employees work to given conditions. You use this data in reports that you file with the Pension Fund.
You use this IMG activity to upload one text file for each of the following types of working conditions and assign the working conditions:
Type of Working Conditions Object Type in Org. Management
Regional CR
Hazardous CH
Special - long service CL
Special - calculated seniority CT
The report enters the working conditions data that you upload in the following fields in the Object infotype (1000) in Organizational Management.
For more information about the meanings of the fields in the text files, see Requirements below).

LCODE 1000 SHORT (Object Abbreviation)
LNAME 1000 STEXT (Object Name)
BEGDA 1000 BEGDA (Start Date)
ENDDA 1000 ENNDA (End Date)
The report stores the following fields in the Description infotype (1002):

DESCR Description, for example, chief engineer

Regional Working Conditions

LCODE Code for regional working conditions, for example, RKS
LNAME Code for regional working conditions plus coefficient
(if required)
Note: there must not be a space between the code and
coefficient, for example, RKS1.8.
