Use
Data in Part 2.2 and 2.3 of the RSV-1 Form must only include payments for employees working in work conditions specified in Part 1 (list 27-1) and Part 2 (list 27-2). However, wage type codes such as 212F7H1, 212F7H2, 212F9H1 and 212F9H2 can include wage types not specified in lists 27-1 and 27-2. Therefore, it is possible that Part 2.2 and 2.3 can contain irrelevant amounts.
You can customize the DAQ processing for Parts 2.2 and 2.3 to include only payments specified in lists 27-1 and 27-2.
Requirements
Standard settings
You can customize the DAQ processing for Part 2.2 and 2.3 to include only payments specified in lists 27-1 and 27-2 using the following DAQ conditions for table reading in the in the Customizing activity Determine Conditions for Employee Categories:
- H271 - Specifies payments relevant to the list 27-1 (Section 2.2);
- H272 - Specifies payments relevant to the list 27-2 (Section 2.3).
- EXPH - Specifies fields of the RSV-1 Form which should be processed considering working conditions 27-1 or 27-2 (in standard delivery fields T280x, T281x, T290x and T291x - rows 280/290 and 281/291 in Parts 2.2 and 2.3 respectively).
Harmful Working Conditions
Parts 2.2 and 2.3 include payments for employees working in special or harmful work conditions (HWC).
The report must determine if a processed employee has worked in special or harmful conditions during the reporting period. It calls the seniority calculation process or model (for example, RUPF), the process/model retrieves periods with HWC, and the report checks if a payment related HWC has been made during one or more periods. The report then allocates payments into the Part 2.2 (if HWC belongs to the 27-1 list), or into Part 2.3 (27-2). It rejects payments if they are not related to HWC.
The following two parameters specify the name of the seniority calculation process or model:
- HWC_CALC_TYPE - Name of the PFR seniority calculation process/model
- HWC_CALC_NAME - Type of the process/model ('P' - process, 'M' - model)
