Use

In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the data acquisition (DAQ) subapplication RSV1. The report for preparing form RSV-1, HRULRSV1, uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the form.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the subapplication comprises the following sections:

  • HEAD - Form header
    Contains the header and footer of the form layout. The section contains the fields on the selection screen of the report, the first page of the form, and the header data (registration number with the Russian Pension Fund) of all other pages.
  • R1 - Part one (pension insurance contributions)
    Contains data for part one of the form on the second page; the section contains data about pension insurance contributions for pension insurance.
  • T2 - Part two (calculation of insurance payments)
    Contains data for part 2; the section contains data about the calculation of pension insurance contributions for pension insurance for the corresponding insurance rate.
    You can customize the DAQ processing so that Part 2 appears for each of the tariff codes for which the reporting organization has employees who have insurance payments with relevant employee categories. See Setup for Form RSV-1 Part 2.
  • T21 - Parts 2.2 and 2.3 (calculation of insurance payments at additional tariff)
    Contains data for part 2.2 and part 2.3; the section contains data about the calculation of pension insurance contributions for special types of payers at additional tariff.
    You can customize the DAQ processing for Parts 2.2 and 2.3 to include only payments specified in lists 27-1 and 27-2. See Setup for Form RSV-1 Parts 2.2 and 2.3.
  • R42 - Parts 3.2, 3.3 (item 3-1-58 of 212-FZ - POI and share capital POI)
    Contains data for parts 3.2 and 3.3; the section contains data about the calculation of compliance with the conditions for the right to use a lower rate for pension insurance payments according to paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Article 58 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 N 212-FZ. This section is relevant for public organizations of disabled people and organizations with share capital comprising entirely of contributions to public organizations of disabled people.
  • T41 - Part 3.1 (disabled employees)
    Contains data for part 3.1 of the form; the section contains data about disabled employees. For example, the name, official disabled registration documents, and pension insurance contributions for pension insurance.
  • R34 - Part 3.4 (item 6-1-58 of 212-FZ - IT)

    Contains data for part 3.4; the section contains data about the calculation of compliance with the conditions for the right to use a lower rate for the payment by premiums payers of insurance payments according to paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Article 58 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 N 212-FZ. This section is relevant for organizations operating in the information technologies area.

  • T35 - Part 3.5 (item 7-1-58 of 212-FZ - mass media)

    Contains data for part 3.5; the section contains data about the calculation of compliance with the conditions for the right to use a lower rate for the payment by premiums payers of insurance payments according to paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Article 58 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 N 212-FZ. This section is relevant for mass media organizations.

  • T35T - Part 3.5 (additional data)

    Contains additional data for the table in part 3.5.

  • R36 - Part 3.6 (item 8-1-58 of 212-FZ)

    Contains data for part 3.6; the section contains data about the calculation of compliance with the conditions for the right to use a lower rate for the payment by premiums payers of insurance payments according to paragraph 8 of Part 1 of Article 58 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 N 212-FZ.

  • R37 - Part 3.7 (item 11-1-58 of 212-FZ - non-profit)

    Contains data for part 3.7; the section contains data about the calculation of compliance with the conditions for the right to use a lower rate for the payment by premiums payers of insurance payments according to paragraph 11 of Part 1 of Article 58 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 N 212-FZ. This section is relevant for non-profit organizations.

  • R38 - Part 3.8 (item 13-1-58 of 212-FZ - engineering)
