Use

In this Customizing activity, you set up the system to enter data about pension insurance contributions that is not available in Payroll in form RSV-1.

The form must contain the amounts of pension insurance contributions that you transfer to Financial Accounting and any discrepancies between the pension insurance contributions that you calculate and the pension insurance contributions that you transfer to Financial Accounting.

Since the amounts of pension insurance contributions that you transfer to Financial Accounting are not available in Payroll, the system uses the data acquisition (DAQ) tool to enter the data in form RSV-1.

The DAQ tool also enters some statistical data that the Pension Fund requires in the form.

  1. Carry out the steps below for each reporting organization in the Customizing activity Enter Groups and Parameters for Organization.
  2. Create the following groups:
    • RSV-1 Header Values (RSV1_HEAD)
    • RSV-1 Part 1 Values (RSV1_RAZ1)
  3. Create the Average Number of Employees (NAVG) parameter and assign it to the RSV-1 Part 1 Values (RSV1_HEAD) group.
  4. Create the following parameters and assign them to the RSV-1 Part 1 Values (RSV1_RAZ1) group:
