Use

In this IMG activity, you determine how reports that prepare forms output data. You use this IMG activity to meet both legal and general business requirements of output forms.

You can adjust that data that reports display on forms as follows:

  • Specify rounding rules
  • Change the decimal format of numbers
  • Determine the date format
  • Define a an alternative, customer-specific mask for output fields
  • Specify what appears on the form in fields where the value is empty or contains a zero
  • Define how reports output negative numbers

The Display Output Formats step contains sample entries that you can use as the basis for making your own settings in the Change Output Formats step.

Activities

Enter the name of the report as well as the names of the structures and fields that contain the fields that you want to customize.
