Activities
Enter the following formats for HR names, and if required, link together multiple fields, for example, to display a combination of fields in a given field on the output form.
Format Prefix Field Name Meaning
10 0002 NACHN Last name
11 0002 VORNA First name
12 0002 MIDNM Patronymic
13 0002 NACHN Last name, first name, and patronymic
14 0002 INITS
Note: To display the last name, first name, and patronymic together in one field, create three records of format 13 and use the Sequence Number field to determine the order in which the names appear on the output forms.
