Use
In this IMG activity, you determine the default values for field names that you use in the Additional Form Adjustment section of forms.
Note: These are optional fields that are not defined by the authorities and fields whose data you cannot get from master data.
You see the default values defined in this IMG activity in the Additional Form Adjustment section of form-generation reports. In this section, you can change the default values that you define in this IMG activity and save the individual values you enter as report variants.

Fields and their default values are shipped as standard.
Activities
Example
The default field value for the field ISP is Executor signature.
This is the value that you see in the Additional Form Adjustment section of form-generation reports.
In the case of form ADV-1 (logical form name PA_1), you want the default value to correspond to the internal guidelines in the group responsible for preparing form AV-1.
As such, you overwrite Executor signature with Processor ID. This allows employees in the ADV-1 group to know in which field they must enter their individual ID in the Additional Form Adjustment section of form-generation reports.
