Use

In this IMG activity, you determine which standard nationality codes correspond to the nationality codes in the OKIN system.

The Personal Card report (form T-2) uses this data to enter the nationalities that you store in the Personal Data infotype in the correct format.

Activities

  1. For each OKIN code for nationality, you determine whether the report reads the employee's second and third nationality in the Personal Data infotype (0002).
  2. If an employee has multiple nationalities other than Russian, enter an asterisk (*) in the fields for second and third nationalities as required.
  3. For each entry, enter the text of the nationality in full, for example, Citizen of Russian Federation.
