Use
In this IMG activity, you enter parameters to influence the data that appears in form T-2, the employee's personal card.
You can enter the following parameters for program HRULT2:
- EDATE_BEGDA
If you enter X, the report enters the end date from the To field in the Education infotype (0022) in the section of form T-2 that relates to education. - IT294
You use this parameter to determine if the report for form T-2 reads seniority data from the Employment Book infotype (0294) (parameter value X) or from the Date Specifications infotype (0041) (leave parameter value blank). - LANG
You use this parameter to retrieve an employee's foreign language knowledge based on the data in the Qualifications infotype (0024). You can enter the following parameter values:
Q - Retrieves language data where languages are not grouped
QK-Q - Retrieves language data where languages are grouped (QK is the group)
QK - Retrieves only language groups
QK-QK - Retrieves groups and subgroups of language qualifications, for example, QK - Languages, and within this group, QK - English.

You use this parameter to determine the infotype that the report uses to get the employee's vacation data. You can choose between the Leave Entitlement infotype (parameter value 0005 and the Absence Quotas infotype (parameter value 2006). - VACATION
You use this parameter to determine which kind of days the system uses for absence days in the Vacation part of form T-2.
You can enter the following parameter values:
0 = vacation days
1 = calendar days
2 = payroll days - VACVER
To prepare vacation data for part VIII of the form in line with form T-6, that is, using more than one quota type for one vacation period (see Set Up Absence and Quota Types) enter parameter value 2.
To use vacation data from the Absences infotype (2001), enter parameter value 1. - AB_LTEXT
If you want the report to prepare vacation data on the basis of personnel orders (see the parameter VACVER above), you can display long texts for absence and quota types on the output form. To display long texts, enter any parameter value.
Note: The report enters the absence and quota texts (short and long texts) on the output form in the log-on language. - LONG01
You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the position or job of the personnel director. - LONG02
You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the employee's profession. - LONG03
You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the employee's department in the Employment part of the form (section III). - LONG04
You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the employee's position or job in the Employment part of the form (section III).
For parameters LONG01 through LONG04, you can enter the following parameter values to determine which data the report reads from the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management.
Note: 0 is the default parameter value.
Parameter Value Meaning
0 Name from short text on the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management.
1 Long name for object code 'O' (for example, department)
2 Long name for job (object code 'C')
3 Long name for position (object code 'S')
Note: You store the long names as a subtype in Organizational Management. In other words, you enter the names in the Description group box on the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management.
Requirements
To display long texts for absence and quota types on the output form, you have entered the required long texts in the IMG activity Enter Long Texts for Absence and Quota Types.
