Use

In this IMG activity, you determine the default end date of disciplinary measures for each offense that you use in your organization.

For each offense, you enter the start and end dates, as well as the duration of the corresponding disciplinary measure. To make the disciplinary measure dependent on the data that you enter in certain fields in the Disciplinary Measures/Offenses infotype (0860), you use a personal modifier.
The personal modifier allows you to select a different validity period for a disciplinary measure that you impose for the same offense, based on the data that you enter in the fields covered by the Calculate End Dates for IT 0860 feature (MMDAT).

When you enter the start date for a disciplinary measure in the Disciplinary Measures/Offenses infotype (0860), the system reads the data in this IMG activity and automatically enters the end date for the disciplinary measure in infotype 0860.
