Use
In this IMG activity, you migrate data that you store in the Awards infotype (0183) to the Russia-specific Awards/Decorations infotype (0861).
You use the report to migrate data to the Russia-specific infotype when you upgrade to a new system or when you start using the Awards/Decorations infotype (0861) to manage awards data.
Requirements
You use the Awards infotype (0183) to store data about awards that you grant employees in your company.
You have set up the Awards/Decorations infotype (0861) by performing the previous IMG activities in the Awards section.
Standard settings
Activities
- Use the selection criteria to select the employees whose records in the Awards infotype (0183) you want to transfer to the Awards/Decorations infotype (0861).
The report outputs a list of records in the Awards infotype (0183). - To migrate data to the Awards/Decorations infotype (0861), select the required records and choose Execute.
The report creates new records in the Awards/Decorations infotype (0861) and deletes the existing records in the Awards infotype (0183).
Note: If the award groups that you used in the Awards infotype (0183) exists in the IMG activity Create Award Groups, the report uses the same award groups in the new records. If the award groups you used do not exist in the IMG activity, the report enters award group 99.
