Use

In this IMG activity, you enter parameters to determine which wage increase data appears on form T-3.

You can enter the following parameters for program HRULT3:

• C_CTYPE1
  You enter the name of the wage element from Personnel Cost Planning that you want to enter in the first column for pay rises in form T-3, for example, BASIS 1 or BONUS 1.
• C_CTYPE2
  You enter the name of the wage element from Personnel Cost Planning that you want to enter in the second column for pay rises in form T-3, for example, BASIS 1 or BONUS 1.
• C_CTYPE3
  You enter the name of the wage element from Personnel Cost Planning that you want to enter in the fourth column for pay rises in form T-3, for example, BASIS 1 or BONUS 1.
• INSTL
  Determines which data type for your company is entered on the form.
• SOORT
  Determines which organization type for your company is entered on the form.
• GV_ORGTEXT_SELECT
  Detemines which name of your organization you want to appear on the output form.
  If you want the form to contain an alternative name of your organization to the name of the organizational unit that you enter in the Objects group box on the report selection screen, enter any parameter value. If you enter a parameter value, the Alternative Company Name field appears on the Form Parameters tab page on the selection screen.
  In this field, you can select records containing the required company names in the Customizing activity Enter Data About Organization.
  For example, assume you run the report for one department, but you want the name of the whole company to appear on the form. You enter the object ID of the department in the Objects group box on the selection screen, and in the Alternative Company Name field, you select the record that contains the name of your company.
• GV_DO_NOT_READ_JOB
  Determines whether an employee's position appears on the output form.
  If you want the report to enter the description of an employee#s position (object type S in Organizational Management) in the Position (Speciality (Profession), Pay Grade, Class (Category) of Qualification field on the form, enter any parameter value.
  By default, the parameter is inactive, which, if the position has a related job, causes the report to enter the description of an employee#s job (object type C in Organizational Management) in the field on the form.
• GV_SORT_BY_MANAGER
  Determines the location of a manager in the report's output list. If you want the report to place the manager of the selected organizational unit at the top of the output list, enter any value for this parameter.
  If you do not enter this parameter or any parameter value for this parameter, the report outputs the manager in the same place in the list of employees as it appears in the Organizational Management transactions, for example, in the Organizational and Staffing Change (PPOME) transaction.
