Use
In this IMG activity, you enter the texts that you use in the Details for Reasons field.
You use these texts, since the Russian Labor Code stipulates that you enter predefined details for each reason that lies behind a personnel action. The details are longer than the 30 characters permitted in the standard field.
You can use the additional information about a reason for a personnel action as follows:
- When you create records in the Personnel Orders infotype (0298), you can also include details for the given personnel action.
You can document only one detail for each reason. - You can add more than one detail to a reason behind a personnel action when you prepare documents, for example, forms T-2 and T-8.
To set up the system so you can enter any details for a given reason for a personnel action, you must make the settings described in the IMG activity Set Parameters About Reasons for Personnel Actions.

If you do not enter a parameter in the IMG activity Set Parameters About Reasons for Personnel Actions, you can only choose the one detail that corresponds to the reason for an action.
