Use
In this IMG activity, you enter additional conditions for calculated seniority.
The Russian Pension Fund uses these conditions to determine an employee's seniority, and therefore the level of that person's pension.
You select the conditions that you store in this IMG activity in the Add.Cond.Count.Sen. (Additional Conditions for Calculated Seniority) field on the Working Conditions tab page in the Employment Book infotype (infotype 0294).

Example
One of your employees goes on maternity leave. You enter children in this field.
The Russian Pension Fund takes into consideration this period when it calculates the level of the employee's pension.
