Use
In this IMG activity, you enter the calculated seniority codes that you enter on the Working Conditions tab page in the Employment Book infotype (infotype 0294).
The code and parameters are used in the forms SZV*, which you submit electronically to the Russian Pension Fund. The Russian Pension Fund uses the data related to an employee's seniority to determine, for example, if an employee can retire early.
Requirements
If you want to enter parameters for calculated seniority codes (for example, to document the duration of a particular activity), you must have created parameters in the IMG activity Enter Parameter Description for Seniority.
Standard settings
The standard system does not contain any data for calculated seniority.
Activities
- Enter the codes for calculated seniority in line with current legislation.
- For each new code that you enter, you can determine whether it is possible to enter parameters.
You can view the available parameters in the input help for each of the parameter fields.
Example
One of your employees works under water for a total of one day and two hours.
You enter Diver as the calculated seniority code and create parameters for days (Days) and hours (Hours).
You assign the required parameters (Days and Hours) to the parameters one and two respectively.
In the maintenance transaction for the Employment Book infotype, you enter one and two in the fields for calculated seniority parameters one and two respectively.
