Use

In this IMG activity, you set up OKSO data and the relationships between the different levels in the hierarchy of the OKSO system.

You use the data that you enter in this IMG activity when you create records in the Education infotype (0022) and when you prepare forms that contain data about the level of an employee's education and qualifications, such as in form T-2.

Requirements

If you want to upload OKSO classifiers, you have uploaded the data using the IMG activity Load OKSO Data.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. If you use the IMG activity Load OKSO Data, check that the data is correct and complete.
    If you do not upload the data, enter the required OKSO classifiers manually.
  2. Select a line containing the OKSO classifier and choose OKSO Qualifications in the dialog structure. Enter or check the qualification codes.
  3. In a final step, choose OKIN and OKSO Relationship.
    You determine which professions you can enter on the basis of the education type, form, and skill.
    You use this data to form the input help for the OKSO Code field in the Education infotype (0022): based on the data that you select or enter in the fields for education form and skill, you can only select the OKSO codes that you enter in this IMG activity.
