In this step, you can set up forms of address for employees/applicants.

For each form of address, you must specify the form-of-address key, a short and long text and the gender.

There are three gender keys (1 = male; 2= female; ' ' = not specified). Do not change these keys.

  • Miss

Standard settings

The standard SAP system contains the most common forms of address.

Recommendation

We recommend that you adopt the standard settings.

Activities

Add any other forms of address you require.

Further notes

When you enter an employee/applicant, the SAP system determines the form-of-address key from the form-of-address text. It then determines the employee's/applicant's gender from the form-of-address key.

You lock or unlock an infotype record using the gender.
