Use
In this Customizing activity, you add an additional criterion to personnel action types to enable Russia-specific reports and the payroll driver for Russia to determine the reasons behind personnel actions.
Russia-specific reports use the action type reasons (hire, rehire, or terminate employment contract) to correctly determine personnel actions that you perform in your company.
To correctly calculate an employee's absence pay after you rehire that employee, you must set up the personnel action type in the Customizing activity Split Payroll Period for Personnel Action Types.

Activities
For each of the action types that you use to hire employees and when employees leave your company, assign one of the Russia-specific reasons.
Example
You terminate an employee's employment contract on September 15. On that day, the employee's status in the Actions (0000) infotype is still Active. The following day, you rehire the same employee.
To make the rehiring process possible on the day after you terminate an employment contract, you must use the Russia-specific personnel action type, UR. UR does not require the employee's status on the previous day to be Inactive.
To enable Russia-specific reports and the payroll driver for Russia to correctly determine the reason behind a personnel action, you select the additional attribute Rehiring for the personnel action type UR.
