In this section, you maintain the different institutions of social insurance.

Note that these are not equivalent to the different fund types to which contributions are made; they rather depict the highest level in the hierarchy of social insurance organizations.

As of now, only one institution of social provident funds exists - the Central Provident Fund.

Standard settings

The CPF with its branch offices has already been maintained in the SAP standard delivery system.

Recommendation

Activities

To create a new institution of social insurance, proceed as follows:

  1. Select New entries.
  2. Enter a two digit, alphanumerical key which identifies the institution of social provident funds.
  3. Enter a short description.
  4. Define a branch office, if applicable.
  5. Maintain the institution's address and bank data.
  6. Save your entries.
