Use
In this IMG activity, you assign additional data about an organization (over and above the data you store in the IMG activity Enter Data About Organization) in groups.
You use groups to structure the data that you want to enter in forms.
You can use the groups that you create to store the fields that you want to fill using the data acquisition (DAQ) tool (see DAQ: Overview ). The DAQ tool inserts the individual values that you store for each parameter in the corresponding form. The DAQ tool uses function module HR_RU_DAQ_ORG_PARAM to select the organization data that you store in this IMG activity. Note: You can use this function to insert data that form generation reports cannot read from payroll results. For example, you use this function for data that is stored in Financial Accounting (FI).

Create groups for each section in the form for which you need to enter data manually, that is, for fields whose data is not available in Human Capital Management (HCM).
For each of the groups that you create, enter parameters, which correspond to the individual fields in the form.
To enter the values of the actual fields in the form, select a parameter and choose Values of Parameter in the dialog structure.
