In this step, you maintain (create, delete or change) the information concerning the employee's educational level previously maintained in the IMG step Determine education and training categories.
Use the official codes for the Personnel Summary and the codes supplied by SAP for the Social Balance.

Requirements
The IMG step: Personnel Administration -> Personnel Administration -> Employee Qualification -> Education and training -> Determine education and training categories has been updated.

Activities
Select the education/training category you want to update and enter the corresponding codes for the Personnel Summary and the Social Balance. Insert also the code corresponding to the training qualification level.
