Use
In this step, specific Wage Types that correspond to Higher Rate of the Social priority Allowance shoudl be added to the Wage Type Group 'TPPH'. The presence of these wagetypes will be be checked for each return record of the pension year in the employees Basic Pay infotype (0008), Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014) and Additional Payments/Deductions infotype (0015) (View Variant V_T52D7_GB_TPPH).
The information on this allowance will be used to derive the Social Priority / Special Education Needs Allowance rate payable to an employee.
Social priority allowance should only be paid to teachers who were in recipt of it at 30 September 1987 by virtue of being emloyed at a school of exceptional difficulty and are still employed at that school.
Social priority allowance rate should be included in the Annual Salary Rate.
Requirements
Standard settings
Social Priority and Special Education Needs Allowances can be paid to a teacher at the same time. In such a case the rate of the Special Education Needs Allowance will be recorded on the TPS Annual return.
