Use

In this IMG activity, add specific wage types that correspond to level 3 of Teaching and Learning Responsiblities (TLR) allowance to the TPT3 wage type group. Teachers' Pensions Annual Return report (RPUTPSG0) checks for these wage types in the following objects:

  • Basic Pay infotype (0008)
  • Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014)
  • Additional Payments/Deductions infotype (0015)

The information in this allowance is used to derive the full TPS Salary Scale Code for an employee.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the name and description of the wage types that correspond to level 3 of TLR Allowance.
  3. Save your entries.

Example

In Grant-Maintained primary, secondary and special schools for a qualified teacher, the main TPS Salary Scale Code is W00. If the teacher receives level 3 of TLR allowance, the Pay Scale Code will be W03.
