Use
In this step, specific Wage Types that correspond to Level 3 of Retention Allowance shoudl be added to the Wage Type Group 'TPR3'. The presence of these wagetypes will be be checked for each return record of the pension year in the employees Basic Pay infotype (0008), Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014) and Additional P ayments/Deductions infotype (0015) (View Variant V_T52D7_GB_TPR3).
The information on this allowance will be used to derive the full TPS Salary Scale Code for an employee.

Example
In grant-maintained, primary, secondary and special schools for a qualified teacher the main TPS Salary Scale code is W00. If Leve 3 of Retention allowance is paid to the teacher, his/hers Pay Scale code will be W03.
