Standard settings
Two reports are available.
- Drilldown from cost objects to personnel numbers (RPUDRIG0): This report lists all personnel costs for a range of specific cost objects, which can be cost centers, internal orders or WBS elements.
- For performance reasons this report can either be run from data held in HR documents or from data held in CO documents. The former is significantly faster, but will mean that the data may not be consistent from a CO perspective.
- The Authorisation Check that is processed during this report can either be subject to the authorisations for object P_DRL_COST or an HR authorisation check.
- Posted costs of an employee (RPUDRIG1): This report prints out all posted costs for a range of selected employees. This program is based on a standard HR report.
Requirements
Both reports require that payroll results exists for the selected persons and that these results must have been posted to finance using the standard HR posting routines.
A user running RPUDRIG0 needs authorisations for object P_DRL_COST
A user running RPUDRIG1 needs HR authorisations.
