In this step you can specify which reports should be consolidated and which should not.
Example
Using a Reference Personnel (IT0031) multiple employment solution implies that one person can have may employments. This additional functionality does have its draw backs. There are certain reports in the system that should NOT be employment based, but person based. The standard report would report and individual with three employments three times! This may or may not be correct for some reports.
This table allows you to configure which reports should be consolidated for your specific needs. I.E. If the person has three employments 00000001, 00000002 & 00000003 and 00000001 is the primary employment, then the report will reject employments 00000002 & 00000003, but will take them into account when processing 00000001 (which will NOT be rejected).
Requirements
The report must have been amended to process this new functionality. There are limited reports that have been re-written to process Multiple Employments according to the customising in this table. Those available are ALREADY entered in this table.
