Use
In this step you check dynamic actions which automatically update 'Earliest Master Data Change since last payroll run' (field RRDAT of infotype 'Payroll Status' (0003)) across related personnel numbers via a setting in table 'Dynamic Actions' (T588Z).
This process ensures consistency of data in Multiple Employment situation. The absence payments made on a contract are calculated directly from the employee's Average Weekly Earnings (AWE). If those AWE change on one of the contracts held by an employee, then all related contracts(personnel numbers) must be retroactively payrolled.
Requirements
Standard settings
The following back-dated pay award infotypes are pre-delivered to automatically update 'Earliest Master Data Change since last payroll run' on all related contracts: 'Payroll Status'(0003), 'Basic Pay' (0008), 'Recurring Payments/Deductions' (0014) and 'Additional Payments' (0015).
This copy functionality only works for these 4 infotypes.
