In the standard SAP system a number of models have been set up which you may use.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Name each qualifying day model you create
  2. Activate the days that should be SSP qualifying days.

Further notes

You may require a QDP with different qualifying days over a number of weeks. In this case, enter the models with the same name and their number within the cycle.

Example

You have a group of employees who qualify for SSP on three different days per week over a two week cycle:

Week 1: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

Week 2: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

  1. Enter a name for the QDP
  2. Enter 001 for week 1 and activate the relevant days
  3. Repeat the previous steps, entering the same name and 002 for the second week.
