Use
In this step, you define the calculation method for the minimum salary and the calculation method for exemption from contributions for specific contracts.
The calculation of the minimum salary has been carried out:
during the updating of the infotype Basic pay (0008). If one of the payroll columns used in the infotype 0008 is associated with the FSPEC indirect valuation method, then the module function HR_FR_PROCESS_SPECIAL_CONTRACT is called up. The T5F1K table containing the configuration for amounts is used to calculated the minimum salary admitted for the type of contract concerned; the type of amount used is 'MIN_SAL'.This salary is pre-displayed in the infotype but can be changed.
During the payroll calculation, the minimum salary can be stored in column /301. It can thus be used from the end of FCTR payroll function called up in the schema F000/FCB0/FAL0.
The calculation of the contributions sum extracted or of the base subject to contributions has been carried out:
during the payroll calculation by the FCTR payroll function. The T5F1K containing the configuration of the amounts is used to calculate the amount extracted or the amount subject to contributions for the type of contract concerned; the type of sum used is "EXO-COT'. The calculation of the amount may be based on the minimum salary which is then recalculated by the FCTR function during the payroll calculation.
If the calculation of the amount corresponds to the amount subject to contributions, the result is stored in the column /303.
If the calculation of the amount corresponds to the amount of the contribution exemption, the result is stored in the column /302. It is then processed by the FCTR calculation rule in the payroll schema so that the amount can be deducted from the base subject to contributions, by subtraction of column /302 from column /102. THe column /303 is then produced.
Requirements
The 'Modifier of contribution exemptions' in the T5F42 table must have been filled in beforehand for each type of specific contract in the
step 'Define type and nature of the work contract' .
Standard settings
The amount types 'MIN_SAL' et 'CON_EXE' are provided as standard values.
The configuration of certain contract types is granted as standard and corresponds to the following legal requirements:
- For apprenticeship contracts, the minimum salary is % of the guaranteed minimum wage. The base subject to contributions is less than 11% of the guaranteed minimum wage. The subject base is stored in column /303.
- For skilled contracts, the minimum salary is % of the guaranteed minimum wage. The base subject to contributions is the part that exceeds the guaranteed minimum wage. The exempt part is equal to the guaranteed minimum wage and is stored in column /302.
