This section defines branches' construction site codes and corresponding legal information.

Requirements

Before performing this step, you must assure the previous creation of:

  1. Branch code
  2. Third party reference code

To do so, please follow the instructions in:

  1. Create in section Valid elements for all applications -> Application general functions -> Invoice -> Tax number branch -> Create.
  2. Maintain third party reference code in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Organizational data -> Branches and construction sites: Brazil -> General and legal information -> Information for GCSW -> Maintain branch information for GCSW -> Maintain third party reference code.

Activities

To maintain construction site code:

  1. Create a code for the construction site and insert the requested information.
  2. Save your entries.

    To maintain construction site information:

  3. Select a third party code.
  4. Define percentage on third party work needed to calculate SSNI contribution.
  5. Construction site option for individual SSNI contribution.
  6. Construction site option for issue of individual form for GREU.
  7. Save your entries.
