This section assigns personnel areas and subareas to branch groups and to dirty work and hazard groups.

Requirements

Before performing this step, please assure the previous creation of:

  1. Personnel area code
  2. Personnel subarea code
  3. Branch groups code
  4. Dirty work and hazard groups code

To do so, please follow the instructions:

  1. Set, copy, delete, check personnel area in section Company structure -> Structure maintenance -> Definition -> Human resources management -> Set, copy, delete, check personnel subarea.
  2. Set, copy, delete, check personnel subarea in section Company structure -> Structure maintenance -> Definition -> Human resources management -> Set, set, copy, delete, check personnel subarea.
  3. Maintain branches and/or construction sites grouping in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Organizational data -> Branches and construction sites: Brazil -> General and legal information -> Maintain branches and/or construction sites grouping.
  4. Mantain dirty work and hazard bonus percentage in section Payroll accounting -> Payroll Brazil -> Dirty work and hazard bonus -> Master data -> Maintain dirty work and hazard bonus percentage.

Activities

  1. Select entry for personnel area and subarea.
  2. Select entry for branch group and corresponding dirty work and hazard group.
  3. Save your entries.
