This feature BPSNS is used to indicate as of which date the change is made from the old to the new personnel statute.
As off 01/01/1994 the new personnel statute for civil servants has been introduced in towns, cities or other public organisations. The decision to change can only be made on governmental level but each employee can choose if he or she wants to transfer to the new personnel statute or not.
This feature allows you to define the transfer date on a company structure level . If employees decide to stay in the old personnel statute, the checkbox 'Old Personnel Statute' (P0622-BPSNS) on infotype Contract Elements (0016) should be marked.
