Recommendation
We recommend that you use the following names for the additional texts: status 1, status 2, status 3, status 4, status 5, status 6, and status 7. Use PAWW as the text ID.
Activities
- Create each text separately. Note our specifications on the naming procedure, and use the given text ID assignment.
- Enter each of the required texts, and save your entries.
Further notes
It is not essential for you to set up additional texts because they are created in addition to the status texts. The status texts are read from the SAP System, and displayed for applicants/employees. However, you are advised to create the texts to provide your employees with a communicative service.
