Total points consists of basic points, additional points and carry over points. In one company, all employees are entitled to the same number of basic points, but the number of additional points may not be the same.
For the new hired employee, SAP provides three ways to calculate the total points.
- Do not prorate
- Prorate by calendar month
- Prorate by calendar day
In this step, you can define your own way to calculate the total points for the new hired employee, who was hired during the benefit point account period.
