In this step, you define saving plan you want to convert from infotype 0144 to infotype 0169 in conversion table. Utility program have already set key ( subtype and bank code) in conversion. This conversion table is used in infotype conversion program.

Requirements

RPUPASJ0 have already set key ( subtype and bank code) in utility program.

Activities

  1. Decide which combinations of subtype and bank code correspponds to customer's benefit area and plans.
  2. Enter benefit area/ plan in conversion table.

Further notes

This view checks the following.

  • Check for Subtype 0001(General Property Accumulation Savings)
    • Each bank of subtype 0001 must be assigned to each different plan.

If a bank of subtype 0001 has the same plan as does another, an error message is displayed, and please correct setting properly.

  • Check for one to one relationship between plan and plan type
    • One plan must have only one plan type. If a plan has the same plan type as do others, an error message is displayed, and Please correct the setting properly.

  • Check for Plans' earliest BEGDA and latest ENDDA
    • Validity date for specified plan is checked. If there are inconvertible employee records in infotype 0144 whose validity date are not totally included in the validity date of specified plans, an error message is displayed, and set BEGDA and ENDDA of plans properly.
