You should maintain at least this data in training and event management: For more information on training and event management refer to the SAP Library -> Human Resources -> Training and Event Management.

Business event types
In transaction OOET (click here) maintain at least this data for each event type:
- the internal price (the external will not be read by the standard WSP queries)
- the relationships:
- is organized by you or an external company (that was created as an organizer before).
- belongs to above business event group
- imparts qualification, criteria group, or criterion from the skills priority table Strategic Skills Priorities (ZA) (V_T5W8P).
Note: Use only courses that impart one skills priority!
Pre-bookings

Note
The pre-bookings are read by the queries for planned data. Alternatively, you could use bookings for the planned data. In this case, you would not need to do the pre-booking first and then change the pre-bookings to bookings. However, you would have to create all the business events for the planned year.

Follow up
Before you run the queries for the past year, you have to transfer the qualifications, unit standards (criteria groups) or outcomes (criterions) to the attendees. You can either use the follow up function for the automatic transfer of qualifications or you use the NQF appraisal for unit standards and outcomes. Note: Do not use the automatic transfer of qualifications if you use a qualification from the NQF catalog!
