You can use Standard Occupational Category (SOC) codes for reporting with the SAP Query, e.g. for the employment equity reports or the workplace skills plans. The additional field SOC code can be used with every query that uses logical database PNP or PCH and infotype Organizational assignment. In order to use the SOC codes you have to create them in this activity and link them to a job or a position afterwards.
