Use the following steps to define each pay period:

  1. Choose 'New entries'.
  2. Enter the 'from' year which is valid for the pay period. The system will then set the 'to' date to be the same as the 'from date'.
  3. Check off the months in which deductions are to be made for the pay period.
  4. Save the entry.
