Requirements

ONLY perform this step if you:

  • are upgrading from release 4.0B / 4.5A and
  • you have been using non-monthly payrolls.

Before performing this step, see the OSS Note 106339. You MUST follow all the steps outlined in the note before running this conversion program.

Standard settings

In releases 4.0B / 4.5A, Medical Aid scheme payment model information was stored in table T5W1N. This information must now be stored in table T5W1H. You must therefore run the conversion report in this step to convert the appropriate data.

Activities

  1. In the Conversion client field, enter the appropriate client.
  2. In the VarKey field, enter the variable from the feature MODDE with the corresponding payment model.
  3. Ensure that the variables in the Feature MODDE are correct.
  4. Choose Save.

Further notes

The conversion identifies schemes that already have a payment model.
