Requirements

You must first maintain the address of the PAYE reference number (as indicated in the previous step).

Standard settings

There exist standard entries in the system for you to change or copy.

Activities

  1. In the 'PAYE refno' field, enter the PAYE reference number.
  2. In the 'Creator' field, set the indicator if the corresponding PAYE reference number is the responsible party for creating and submitting employee tax certificates. Note: If the corresponding PAYE reference number is not the creator, leave the field blank. For creators, you must specify the corresponding address number.
  3. In the 'Address' field, enter the address number maintained for the tax reference number in address.
