Use

With this activity, you can assign liabilities to a group of wage types that should be distributed in the same way, that is, with the same logic.

Standard settings

Activities

You can assign a wage type for a group of the same cost distributions to a liabilities wage type (for example, liabilities, tax, and so on). The system consults this assignment to execute the distribution of the liability. The system also draws upon the percentage shares that are stored in payroll table CODIST for this cost distribution wage type.

With the cost distribution wage type, you can thus use existing liabilities for different wage types and group the wage types for the distribution. You must not store the distribution for each wage type.

You can also specify whether or not the liabilities wage type should contain all of your wage type splits.

Example

You can set up wage type /559 (Payment) so that it is distributed as it is stored in table CODIST for wage type /101 (total gross amount).
