In this step, you assign the specification cumulations of Social Insurance to wage types. You do this through processing class 62 'Cumulation into UIF, MA and PF' indicating whether or not the Social Insurance should be cumulated for processing.

Requirements

You must first create the wage types before you perform this action.

Activities

  1. Go into the UIF, MA and PF gross cumulations table.
  2. Use the 'next entry' button to scroll through wage types and select the wage type in question.
  3. In processing class 62, choose:

  • 0 if this does not apply to the processing class.
  • 1 if the specification is valid for all Social Insurances.
  • 2 to create a full period value from an hourly rate of pay and add into UIF and MA gross for pro rata.
  • 3 to create a full period value from an hourly rate of pay and add into MA for pro rata.
  • 4 if a cumulation is only to be done into UIF gross.

  1. Save the entry.
