In this step you can define the rules regarding what types of leave entitlement an employee receives as well as the number of leave days per period.
Example
An employee is allocated 1,75 leave days for every month that he/she works. Employees that already are 60 years are entitle to 5th week of holliday.
Requirements
The leave types should be setup correctly.
Standard settings
The system is setup to handle leavetype 01 and 04.
Recommendation
Use the SAP default settings where possible and follow the ranges of the sample entries as far as possible.
Activities
Determine the company rules regarding leave entitlement and modify the feature accordingly.
